BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Your appointment is extremely important to me and the time you book is reserved especially for you. At the time of booking you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost into my bank account as a non-refundable booking fee. (Details will be provided). This secures your appointment. All bookings are not confirmed until the funds are received. If the booking fee is not received within 72 hours of making your appointment, then this slot will become available for someone else to book.
STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment, or don't give enough notice, I am unable to fill your appointment slot. Clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity of a wax, and I lose the income. As a small business, this is something that is very difficult to absorb whilst still keeping my business going. I understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed, therefore, I respectfully request a MINIMUM of 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
As that appointment time was set aside just for you, the following fees will be applied if you miss your appointment or cancel at short notice:
· More than 72 hours notice: your non-refundable booking fee will carry over to any future appointments.
· Failure to attend your appointment or you inform me less than 72 hours before your appointment, your 50% booking fee will NOT be refunded.
PUNCTUALITY
I understand that occasionally you may be held up for your appointment, but I will always endeavour to stick to my schedule and would kindly request that you do the same.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and will ask you to reschedule.
As I don't have a receptionist or waiting area, I would ask you simply arrive on time. If you are early, please wait in your vehicle until I come to get you as I may be with another client or having a break (If I'm lucky).
